Buying fresh milk everyday at the mléčný bar
A new thing here in the Czech Republic is the installation of mléčný bar (milk bars)...small dispensing buildings where you can get fresh milk everyday! It's delivered every morning (whole milk only). For only 15 kroners (~$0.75) you can get a liter of fresh, whole milk. Mmm...great idea!
We'll have to communicate this idea to small cooperative dairies in Vermont, such as Cabot Creamery (Cabot, VT). Maybe they could expand on the idea and dispense fresh yogurt (pick your own flavor?), too??
