Foods in Moravia, Bohemia

Just to give you a taste of the many foods we've been enjoying around the country, join us for a few dinners of 

Pork chops stuffed with Bohemian cheeses, roasted potatoes, and beet salad.
 Or perhaps Moravian Deer with Hungarian sauces spiced with onions and sweet paprika peppers?

Spiced in between with a fresh salad of tomatoes and cucumbers with olive oil and vinegar...
A flourless chocolate cake with roasted almond slivers and drizzles of more dark chocolate! 

What's not to like, Mark asks in candle light?!
