česnek for sale! Here is an example of how important Garlic is to the Czech cuisine....a vendor selling JUST garlic! And, there were even lines for it! How wonderful. We have had various dishes already with lots of česnek in them, along with spices from the spice vendors (see next blogs). We'll explore the types available here in the Czech Republic and try some garlic recipes that we haven't already had (such as the delicious česnek soup!).
