l'Arc de Triomphe, Paris

Greeting from Paris! We're here for a nearly week-long excursion to the city of romance, wine and great food! Our charming little hotel is located near the l'Arc de Triomphe.

We pass by this each day and remember the WWI dead memorial inside (always brings tears to our eyes when you stand inside and read the names of the fallen soldiers),

as well as think of Hitler marauding around the Charles de Gaulle circle....
