Lunch! A feast of roasted goose...and beer!

What could be more inviting for a celebratory dinner at noon, in the newly opened restaurace in town, but to sit down to Pečená husa po starocesku (roast goose in the old Czech style)? Well, come and join us. The goose was tender and superb, accompanied by a demi glace sauce, fresh sauerkraut (kyselé zelí), and dumplings! Wash it down with real Czech beer, of course!
